Pleated Mask Sizes for Children

There are many patterns online for pleated masks - with or without filters, with or without nose bridge wires, with chin darts to improve fit, with head ties or ear loops, etc. Any pattern is fine but most focus on adult sizes only. Those that have patterns for children vary significantly in size making it difficult to know how to size your favorite pattern. So I would recommend that you use the pleated mask pattern of your choice but adapt it to use the sizes recommended by John Hopkins.
